Walk to a healthy heart by joining the PaceSetters, a mall walking partnership between Quincy Mall and Blessing Hospital. People of all ages and fitness levels are welcomed to join this free program and enjoy staying healthy by walking the mall year-round in a climate-controlled environment.

An informational kiosk is staffed by a Blessing Hospital medical professional every Tuesday from 7am-11am and 4pm-7pm every last Tuesday to provide free health screenings, record daily distances, and answer questions. The kiosk is located near Fountain Court.

Walking in Quincy Mall, a climate controlled atmosphere, means you can walk any day, regardless of weather. The program was formed in partnership with the Blessing Hospital Heart and Vascular Center, to provide a pleasant environment for mall walkers where they could meet new friends, increase their knowledge about overall body fitness and receive periodic health checks by medical professionals.

Mall Walking Day
Every last Tuesday of each month is designated as the PaceSetter Day. In addition to health screenings from 7am-11am, Blessing Hospital health professional as well as other health vendors will be on hand from 4pm-7pm. Participants are eligible to win prizes from monthly drawings. Plus enjoy discounts from participating mall retailers.
